CLIENT'S CHALLENGE—

Quita came to me wanting to transition from doing business under their name as a personal brand "Hello Quita", to doing business under "iola strategies" as a small agency. 

The challenge was to establish iola strategies as an independent brand, detaching Quita's personal image so they can scale and grow the business while standing out as a value's driven agency.

THE SOLUTION—

We positioned iola strategies as a values-based consulting agency and created a brand identity reflective of their values and mission. The goal was for the brand to feel bold and authentic on who they are and who they serve. We finally focused their message to highlight their purpose towards social and racial justice and the the centering of Black people and Black liberation in their mission.

One thing that Geordee and I understood was there are a lot of transformational coaches out there, so it was key for Geordee to know her ultimate vision as a solid foundation for her ‘WHY’. It is this ‘WHY’ that will set Geordee apart from her competitors in her space.
