OVERVIEW /
Quita came ready for growth. After running a successful personal brand as Hello Quita, they were ready to evolve into iola strategies—a consulting agency that could grow with a small team and offer expanded services rooted in purpose and impact.

CHALLENGE /
The key challenge was establishing iola strategies as a distinct, standalone brand—separate from Quita’s personal identity—while still holding onto the values and vision that made her work so trusted. The brand needed to signal a shift from solo to agency and from personal to collective.

We positioned iola strategies as a bold, values-driven consulting firm grounded in social and racial justice. The messaging centers Black liberation and their towards social and racial justice.
Visually, the identity leans into the Sage archetype with a cool-toned palette, led by rich purples to evoke wisdom, strength, and modern femininity. The result is a brand that feels fresh, intentional, and ready to lead with both heart and strategy.
